Letife ÖZDEMİR is an associate professor of finance in department of logistics management, School of Applied Sciences, "University of Afyon Kocatepe, Turkey. She received her BSc in Business (2002), MSc in Business (2005), PhD in Business Finance (2011) from University of Afyon Kocatepe. Her current research interests include different aspects of Finance. She has authored three book chapters, 19 papers and 15 conferences participation. She has been involved in two scientific projects and has awarded third prize in the 21st Finance Symposium. She is member of TEMA (Turkey Combating Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Resources Foundation.)

His current research interests include different aspects of Finance. He has (co-) authored 5 book chapters and more than 40 papers, more than 30 conferences participation, member in International Program Committee of 3 conferences and workshops. He is chair of International Applied Social Sciences Congress.  Author also is certificated accountant, member of Agean Finance Association and member of TEMA (Turkey Combating Soil Erosion, for Reforestation and the Protection of Natural Resources Foundation.)

Dr.Inna Romanova is a Professor of Finance and the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Business, Management and Economics at the University of Latvia, the Director of the Scientific Institute of Economics and Management, and the Director of a professional Master degree programme Finance Economy. She is an expert in Economics and Management sciences of the Latvian Academy of Sciences. Her academic interests are in Corporate Finance and Analysis. She has more than twelve years of pedagogic experience both in Latvia and abroad, she is a visiting professor in several Universities in Europe. She has also professional experience in banking and finance, both in Latvia and Germany. Her research focus is on Financial Technologies, Financial Management and Asset Management. She is on the editorial board of several scientific journals: Journal of Accounting, Finance and Auditing Studies, International Journal of Finance, Insurance and Risk Management and European Journal of Research Studies. She co-edited the 2017 volume of Emerald “Contemporary Studies in Economic and Financial Analysis: Issues in Finance: Current Challenges from Across Europeâ€. She has participated in a number of research projects, including the State Research Program Project “Challenges and Solutions of Latvian State and Society in an International Framework†(head of the UL sub-project).
